MoMo Revisits ASM Autobacs Yokohama

I can’t remember the last time I was backed up with too much material for the site, but that’s exactly what I’m experiencing now. I still have quite a bit of Japan stuff to go through but I’m already piling up photos from Super Lap Battle at Buttonwillow Raceway this week. But before we get into all of that, I want to continue with my shop visits to a very familiar place and perhaps a haven for all Honda heads out there; that haven is of course, ASM Autobacs. This was actually my second time visiting the shop this year and nothing much has changed since the last time I was here, but some of my friends wanted to check it out since they’ve never been here, so I decided to tag along for the ride.

The familiar signage and door mat…

The Great Wall of Recaros. I don’t think this view ever gets old.

RS-G ASM Limited is probably my favorite seat of all time.

The tidy, although dusty shelving of expensive Honda accessories.

Honda’s C and F power plants with that ASM treatment.

Mugen carbon top on OEM everything.

More expensive parts…

I didn’t even bother going in the work area this time around since it was really clustered with boxes and such, but if you want to check out a more in-depth look, you can always check out my previous visit…

ASM Part 2

Back outside, it was a pretty rainy day but I manage to take some quick shots of the cars.

So, this concludes my visit to ASM (again), it’s a little more brief than my previous visit but was just as enjoyable. And now I have to debate whether to continue my Japan journey with you guys or take a break from it and get some of that Super Lap Battle stuff on here… I guess I will decide when the next post goes up.
