Sickest Phoenix Yellow M3 in Japan?

I know it’s a bold claim but I’m sure this Phoenix Yellow E46 M3 is one of the cleanest/sickest in Japan. I’ve actually posted this car up on one of my previous posts but just for quick references, this car is rocking a set of Hyper Forge HF108R wheels, Vorsteiner CSL aero, Recaro RS-G buckets and a host of other goodies.
