A Nissan body, with the heart of a Toyota. This is not a crazy swap by any means, but I think it is a very proper one for this particular car. Don’t get me wrong, the VG30DETT is a very potent motor, but it’s not a very easy motor to work around with…With the way everything is so tightly fitted in the engine bay, and turbo chargers that you can’t even see or reach, it makes work that much more difficult. The 2JZ however, makes life a bit easier…
