So I was initially just going to finish up the Attack Tsukuba coverage with one more post but I realized there were still a little too much material to be grouped in a single post. Therefore, here’s another car spotlight featuring the Technical Auto One’s RX7. Running in the Second Class with just under 400HP, it’s not the show stealer by any means, but I did find this car a little more unique than some other RX7s because it’s utilizing a not-so-common RE-Amemiya look. Also, it was positioned in an area for some better photo opportunities…

I think it’s safe to say that most RE-Amemiya FD RX7s are running the popular AD GT kit, and for good reason as that’s my favorite RE kit as well. But seeing the Facer N1 02 bumper with the Super G fenders on this TAO RX7 was a breath of fresh air.
Don’t see too many Advan RS’ these days with all the new Advan models out.
A single Bride Zeta II adorn the gutted cockpit.
Normally I’m not a huge fan of these fenders but damn this car pulled them off quite nicely. Also, don’t be fooled by its subtle demeanor because this thing can lap Tsukuba in under a minute… quite possibly into the 58 second range in the near future.
Technical Auto One’s meets Asami 991 GT3RS and Dragon RX7… I’ll have more on the other two in the next post. Stay tuned!
