I'm sure many of us are not big fans when it comes to wagons, but then comes this monster and feelings quickly changes. One of my favorite GRBs ever, this Varis clad wagon is a car you don't want to mess with! Photos by Raymond Tran
Swaggin’ Wagon II
I think it's safe to say that Varis makes some unbelievably good looking AND functional products, and this super sleek looking GRB below is equipped with just that, full Varis/Original Runduce aero package. Photos by Nick Dela Rosa
The Speed Syndicate STi
Now here is a car that's built to do what it does best. The Speed Syndicate's GDB STi is purpose built to do one thing, and one thing only, to decimate all opponents on the track. But not only is this car a track beast, it's also dressed to impress; from the Volk TE37SLs, to... Continue Reading →
Proper Subie Revisited
I've posted pics of this beautiful GRB before, but I thought I would be nice to showcase this ride one more time. Here are some fresh shots of the beast. Photos by Kenny Williams
Swaggin’ Wagon
Swag is something that contains a high level of coolness, and this GRB below has got all the swagger in the world. This is by far the sexiest, most aggressive wagon that you'll ever lay eyes on.
All-Wheel Smurf
Modified Subarus are becoming a dime a dozen these days so finding a nicely modded one shouldn't be too hard. But with the Subaru community, it's a little difficult to find the right one due to a lot of owners rocking a set of unauthentic wheels. Not to knock on anyone, but some times I... Continue Reading →
Oldie vs. Newbie
So, I recently went out and did a quick shoot for a couple of good friends of mine and here are the results. The GC8 recently had a make-over, and it's now sporting Mature front and rear bumpers and a fresh Laguna Seca Blue paint job. Also, both Subies are rocking upgraded turbos, and Volk... Japan Relief Gathering Coverage [Part I]
Here is the first part of MoMoHitsTheSpot!'s coverage of the April 3rd Japan Relief Gathering held in San Francisco. It was a great day of beautiful cars, weather, and a perfect view of the San Francisco Bay. But most importantly.....it was a day where Bay Area enthusiasts gathered for a great cause, I tip my... Super Lap Battle 2010 (FINALS)
Another year, another Super Lap Battle at Buttonwillow Raceway; where some of the top-notch tuners/race teams in the country duke it out for the fastest lap times in their respective classes. During the past few years, there's been some notable Japanese tuners that participated in this event as well, which includes the Zerosports STi, HKS... Continue Reading →
TIMELESS STi
This is NASIOC member Timeless' GDB and it is one of the cleanest that I've seen, especially the engine bay!! It's nothing but proper go fast parts, like a Perrin rotated GT30r kit and a Cosworth intake manifold...yum..
2011 STi Rendering…..WOW!
So, I've pretty much hated the look of the new STi ever since the pictures and prototype came out.....but this rendering just about changed my mind..... You like?
Nisei Showoff 2010 Coverage
Another year, another Nisei Show in Little Tokyo, Los Angeles. Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to attend, or participate this year, but my buddy Mike did have coverage of the show. Here's a few photos off his blog. For full coverage check links at end of this post. Bride Wagara Editions... soo, sooo,... Continue Reading →
GRB+SA-55m
First time seeing a GRB STi rockin' these WedsSport SA-55m.
SexTi
Super clean STi that definitely have a nice ass. Actually, the front and side view is not bad either lol.
$110,000 Subaru.
It is not a typo...the following Subaru is quite possibly the most well-built privately owned Subaru in North America. Don't believe it? How about a Cosworth long block for starters, that would set you back about $16,000. Add a Corsa Veloce reverse manifold, Garrett GT4088R turbo, dual Tial 44mm wastegates, Full Race titanium exhaust and... Continue Reading →
Stanced STI
This is one of my favorite stock bodied STI mostly due to the wheel fitments that this car sees. It has been through a set of 18x10.5 CE28n, 18x9.5 Enkei NT-03, and now 18x10 Work XD-9.
Cherry Bomb
I wasn't really impressed with this particular STi, but the photography and editing did. The car is definitely not a great looker, but the photographer did a great job with the lighting and editing to make the pictures 'pop'. Props to Clifford Sutrisno Photography
